“If he set up a perimeter, how did the shooter get away? Not much of a perimeter.”

Maybe you didn’t see the article, but once the police knew what was going on, they fired up their trusty video feed from the school and were able to watch things real-time as they approached the shooter.

...only problem - being a public school, they were not about to let anyone have live video of what goes on in there, including the police. So the video had a 20 minute delay...something that the police only figured out later.

When seconds count, the police are only on a 20 minute tape delay...
