Bad idea. Instead of pulling out, he should be cracking down. ICE should be rounding up mayors, city councils, police chiefs etc. who are flagrantly violating federal law by aiding and abetting illegal immigration. A mayor who orders his police to not report criminals to ICE is no less complicit than the coyote who brought them across the border in the first place.

I think that President Trump should direct ICE to focus on illegal aliens that are members of the extended families of prominent politicians, bureaucrats, and judges. Make them feel pain.
He should also announce a huge workplace enforcement push in California workplaces and ask for tips on illegals.

I lean more in your direction, and I’d start with Governor Moonbeam, a number of other state officials, and on down the line.
Just clean the place up.
If the 9th Circuit Court reared it’s head for any of it, I’d send in Marshals to relieve them of their jobs and freedom.
