Don’t ban bump stocks. If you must, grandfather the existing ones.

Laz, you don’t need a bump stock to bump fire. Takes a bit of practice but once you get it down your ammo costs skyrocket. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RdAhTxyP64
