If the school would have had him arrested for violence, the record would have probably prevented him from the gun purchase. Instead, they moved him around like they used to move priests around. School mostly to blame IMHO.
The question to ask....so we know what this kid did. How many other ‘creatures’ did the school board create? A dozen? A hundred?
It seems to me...this is opening up a Pandora’s Box.
And if they did this in Broward....did various other boards do it across the state? Could we have a thousand such kids existing in Florida?
You’d have to start building prisons right now...to handle the flow in ten years.
That raises an interesting question.
Are juvenile records completely expunged at age 18?
When a gun shop runs your criminal background check, does everything pre-18 come up blank?
