I am thinking that 17 wrongful death plus however many injury claims agains the school board for their clearly illegal racial quotas on discipline might send a message to all the other schools in the US.
The only real problem is that just one BLM type on a jury could be an issue.
The best part will be that the school board members will probably be sued individually.
