I had subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket from the time that Directv launched it. This past season, I quit watching it after week 6.
I called Directv and told them to remove my name from the “auto-renew” list and that I would NOT be subscribing to that package in the future.
I have a good gut feeling that I am not alone in this.
I did the same this past season. The woman on the line asked me why I was getting rid of it and I told her it was specifically because of the protests and the league and owners endorsing it. She did not seem surprised in the slightest.
You’re not alone. I only ‘watched’ three or four games last year. The rest was having the TV on why I did other stuff. No more for me, either.
