Trump needs to not cave on gun control if he wants to win and if he wants my vote.
Like I said, it’s too early to make any pronouncements. There is a very good chance this is just like his rope a dope with DACA. He offered to amnesty 1.8 million dreamers. We see how that bit of political theater turned out, he made the dems look like complete jackasses while giving them nothing.
If this is more of the same, good on Trump. If not, then DJT may have just had his read my lips moment.

You are exactly right . I’m ok with the NRA giving Trump a little wiggle room on this . Long game ... we have to hold the congress in the mid-terms.
