Well, there are restrictions in terms of automatic weapons anyway. Bump stocks allow semi-automatic to simulate an automatic, right?

Bump stocks are range toy trash. Your finger fires faster. This is like banning the little 2 inch knife that fits on the glock 19.Its on no consenquence.

It seems there is someone else who doesn’t quite understand “Shall not be infringed”It also seems that, if such restrictions would be imposed on a free people, they must start with Congress. I, for one, have had quite enough executive overreach, even from our side. As you say, then there is the whole "shall not be infringed" problem, which makes the whole thing moot.
