It's a spring-loaded rifle stock that, when activated, pushes the rifle's trigger against the shooter's index finger causing it to fire. Recoil cause the rifle to bounce back and forth against the spring, repeatedly bumping against the shooter's trigger finger. It sort of simulates machine-gun fire. Sort of. Without much possibility of accurate fire. Youtube used to have videos of people using the device. Example

In 2013, the Broward County School Board, in collusion with Eric Holder and the Obama Administration, put in place policies to prevent crimes comitted by minority students in school from being reported to the police!!!

Cruz was considered minority due to his last name. He previously brought bullets in his backpack! He comitted numerous crimes on school grounds, was caught, and never reported to police. They weren’t allowed to!

How will we ever stop the next coming tyrannical monarch that we will need to fight in the streets.I mean, we do this every month and the only way we manage to prevail is we have our AR-15s with bump stocks and 30 round mags.
