Yes you can. Repeal it. They did it with prohibition. Doubt 3/4 of the states will ratify any of the Bill of Rights.

At the end of the Roman Republic, Sulla came to the realization that laws, be they written in stone, paper, or in our case electrons, only apply if you have the will or power to enforce them. If that is not there, they don’t really matter.
A judge could rule today that the 2nd amendment no longer applies, and that would be just about it. The only thing that has kept it this long is the fact that we are in general an armed society. With the demographics, that is changing.

When you look back at every past school shooting, there is one objective that comes through loud and clear after each one - nullifying the Second Amendment. It has been the the consistent thread that connects all past school shootings. If the Deep State could orchestrate an operation to achieve this objective, what would that operation look like? It would look exactly like the seemingly endless string of school shootings that have taken place across the land over the last decade or so. Now, who would be vile enough to orchestrate such repetitive operations against the American people?
