This is a new story, but it was told years ago in The Secret Life of Bill Clinton by Andrews Evan-Pritchet. I’ve read since, that Clinton got $200,000 per load dropped off in Mena. GHWB got much more.

What makes this story important is this is the first time I know that someone involved and with personal knowledge publicly admits their role and can provide details which can be investigated.
