Trump Visits Hospital, Meets Shooting Survivors

PARKLAND, Fla. (AP) — President Donald Trump has met with victims of a school shooting who are recovering at a Florida hospital.

He’s praising the “incredible” work of doctors, nurses and first responders who helped victims after the shooting.

Trump is calling the quick response of medical personnel “record-setting” and says some victims reached the hospital in about 20 minutes.

What’s sad is, any of those survivors that met with Trump will probably get hateful emails and Tweets because they met with the President.

Step #1: There needs to be a Separation of School and State. Get the government out of schooling all together.

Step #2: Clean house at the Child Protection Services in each state.

Step #3: Get off their backs when parents discipline their children.

Step #4: Disallow media coverage when such a tragedy occurs. Mimesis is the fundamental human trait: we imitate.

Step #5: Have universal/reciprocal Conceal and Carry in all states. Constitutional Rights should not be tempered by geography.

Step #6: Besides academic competence, make weapons training part of teacher credentialing in all the new schools.

I might boost #6 a little by arguing for what the Israelis do for security in their school systems. There’s a heavy argument in Israel by shallow thinkers on the left, and some of these leftists are downright liars just like we have here, running disinformation.

Here’s the reality of why the Israelis have been successful in protecting their schools:

“When terrorists attacked a school in Maalot in 1974, Israel did not declare every school a gun-free zone. It passed a law mandating armed security in schools, provided weapons training to teachers and today runs frequent active shooter drills. There have been only two school shootings since then, and both have ended with teachers killing the terrorists.”
