This kid was born with disease like FAS, crack or such. State adoption, CPS, counseling and such
should have been part of his routine life growing up. Whether parents or CPS dropped ball, cannot guess, certainly his Mom did when he last refused meds. Also should have had social worker, exams, classes, both for biys, mom and dad, from day one with disabled baby. The boy qualifies for full medical care. All this is to point out responsibilities were dropped 1000 times before a gun ever entered the picture. And due to those people, wayyy beyond and earlier than FBI, the issue was not a gun.

Well-stated about the kid being failed by all who should have been looking out for him and long before a gun ever entered the picture. My wife was a speech pathologist on a special education team at a suburban school system and spoke of such issues regularly. One of her colleagues had the Emotionally Disturbed class (probably called something different today) but after hearing the stories, I called it FFA - Future Felons of America.

He actually wasn’t a Cruznadian since he was adopted.
