The DOJ/FBI are hot-swapping the data. There is NO real “record, record.”
Perhaps they can appoint as independent counsel Henry Schuelke when the IG report comes out. Whomever is appointed needs to have an outside the beltway and a government corruption pedigree.
But without a motion to act, how would a Judge make such a move? Does he say, “I have read on Twitter and FreeRepublic how this and that”?

Now the only reason I can think that this was agreed to by both sides’ legal team is a decision or agreement has been made to leave the son out of further efforts and for Flynn not to take civil action against Mueller’s team.
I think they are going to expose what was not shared with the defense, the defense will move to vacate and throw out the whole deal.
Remember, the trial judge was removed by his superiors — he did not recuse himself and the court wants this thing over and done with.
Which could explain why mueller indicted a bunch of russians today and leaked gates info yesterday. He has to save face if the flynn indictment is thrown out.
Gen Mike Flynn was always a great guy and he must be reimbursed the millions in legal fees he has spent defending himself against unethical and malicious Federal prosecution. If this requires a special law be passed then Republicans need to man up and jam it through Congress for DJT to sign. And make a big deal about it with all attendant publicity.
UP WITH MIKE FLYNN! DOWN WITH ROBERT MUELLER!! and his mad dog second in command ANDREW WEISSMANN who is undoubtedly behind the Flynn prosecution. Mueller is too senile, he is the convenient figure head.

If??? Of course it will be tossed. I knew this when the Mike Flynn sentencing was delayed months into the future as the big FISA memo was being released by Darin Nunes. The only big thing left is how much Mike Flynn gets repaid by the Feds for his legal fees.
By the way, it is always good to see your posts. Its amazing how many years have gone by on this forum.

I lurked all during ‘98 and was on that old MS Chat with Yellow Rose of Texas, amom, Towanda, Two-Thirds-Vote-Aye and they finally convinced me to register so I could comment back to posters like yourself that I respected and enjoyed. When I was on during the day it was at work and against my office policy to be logged into BBs or Chats.
So I posted outside of work and then started a new job with lots of travel where I had the laptop on 24/7.
It was unique as I already knew the community from a year of lurking so I could start right in with posts and comments. As Yellow Rose would say, the only thing I needed was an editor.
