We have a system prescribed by the Constitution for removal of activist judges. It's called impeachment.They should be removed for failing to uphold the Constitution, i.e., for falsely assuming power and authority that's exclusive to the legislative and executive branches.
The problem is that impeachment and removal requires that our Congress stop abdicating its power and responsibility and do its duty to maintain the separation of powers outlined in the Constitution. That would means Congress impeaching and removing activist judges - something our party system thwarts.
Oh, shut up, Jeff. You’ve done nothing for a year. Ok, I take that back. You did do something yesterday with that little moronic talk about the Florida shooting. You made a complete and utter fool of yourself blathering on and on about nothing. It quickly turned to white noise and I had to change channels. That was the last straw for you. You need to be fired.
That is a good way to put it.
In other words, no activism with Republican Presidents but the Dems can do whatever they want just like they have been doing.

Hey Jeff,, go out and arrest a few high and mighty network and former agency mucky mucks,, words are cheap like your policy changes.. who do you think you’re fooling? you know who the key players are. you lived in the swamp for years, which isn’t that ahrd to believe consdiering how little you have really done except recuse yourself and put the nation thru months of lies used to badger a duly elected candidate to the WH. We should question where your loyalties lie. We still have that right left, at least, I think we do.
