Slightly OT: I'm still trying to find out if there is a reliable website that tells when and for how many months DST was observed in one state or another (or part of same) in one year or another.

For example, I've read where, during the James Meredith Ole Miss brouhaha in late Sept. 1962, Mississippi was on CST at that time of year, while DC (where RFK's DoJ was monitoring the situation) was on EDT, ie, a 2 hour difference.

Is there such a site?
