I though that the SCOTUS settled this in the president’s favor.
Temporarily, but it should have sent a message to the LOWER COURTS, which it did, but apparently they didn’t get it, or did and ignored it.................
They (USSC) did say Trump’s order could remain in effect until the case works it’s way thru the courts. By staying the lower court injunction the USSC has signaled the likelihood of the Administration prevailing.
