Horowitz will not give me everything I want. There are going to be some folks who get off scotfree. Obama will not be touched. The Clintons will get slaps on the wrist. The best I am hoping for is Holder gets disbarred. Comey gets cited for lying to congress and a few folks like McCabe get jail time. That is about the best the system will tolerate.

If they are investigating the FISA court application and since Rosenstein name is on one of the signing off of it I actual doubt he is the DOJ lead prosecutor....it’s someone else

I'm not saying that Rosenstein is the "lead prosecutor". It goes without saying that he isn't. I am saying the acting AG in this case would have the ultimate authority, never mind Rosenstein's conflict of interest and the chilling effect it may have on the lead prosecutor.

“...Tucker has been awful lately...”

Agree. I totally stopped watching it because it was too depressing to see those ‘rats given a platform for their talking points close to bedtime - it gives one nightmares.

Tucker has to get better at offense if he is going to give these fools a voice.

“... Obama appointed Horowitz ...”

Yes. And Jesus Christ appointed Judas Iscariot, and look how that little bit of quid pro quo shook out.

I made this point to some torrid Leftist the other day trying to cite who appointed who as evidence for why Nunes’ memo lacked credibility. Well, the blade cuts both ways. Loyalties are fluid and fleeting. People of strong character don’t take it into account, as they execute basis higher principles, and people of low character are more — shall we say — “portable.”

So, in the main, the “appointed by” argument just doesn’t stand up to scrutiny; it’s too unreliable to be regarded as indicative of anything definite, and it certainly does not rise to the level of “evidence” of anything.

Clinton is going to jail or committing suicide.

If neither of those happen, we have a “fundamental legitimacy of government” problem which could bring down the US as a going concern.

When corruption and a lack of justice becomes the common expectation, people change their behaviors to protect themselves from a system that won’t protect them, and the cumulative effect of these necessary, looking-out-for-#1 behaviors must inevitably lead to a society where its constitutent elements are unable to trust each other enough to engage in enough cooperative behavior to keep a first-world civilization going.

We can make America great again, or we can let Clinton get away with her lifelong crime spree. Both is not a real-world option, putting her behind bars is simply too fundamental to any credible pretense to the rule of law, which is what made us great in the first place.

The "appointed by" argument isn't definitive. I never said that it was.

But it is very reliable, especially when the appointer is somebody from the DC swamp.

Add above and beyond that, it’s the acting AG I’m even more concerned about. You know, the one who signed off on a bogus memo to spy on his boss, Donald Trump.

If any of the five bastards lie to the IG (presumably they are under oath, or should be), then they will be charged with lying to a federal investigative official. Jail time.

Then they can also be hauled up before a new grand jury if one exists (up to Sessions to get off his ass) or a sitting one. No answers, lies, obstruction, and it’s off to jail for the duration of the grand jury.

RATS don’t just squeak, they squeal like stuck pigs if you stick it to them hard enough and deep enough.

Gee, Strzok won’t be “stroking” Page is he goes to jail. Page won’t be getting any, and the Ohrs will be separated, no “ifs”, “ands” OHR butts.

It'll start with the OIG DOJ report around this time next month. That's when:

1)Michael Flynn will rescind his guilty plea or

2)Muller will drop any and all charges against him or

3)Judge Emmet G. Sullivan will vacate Flynn's guilty plea and send him on his way.

Any of these will be a fatal blow to the Muller investigation and the MSM will cover none of it.

Agree. All sorts of stuff going to hit fans over next several months, and the media will do everything it can to make dark of it.
