And even if it did include a wall, passes, and does not include an end to chain migration and visa lottery, it will be vetoed with zero chance of override.

As Rush pointed out this morning, we have lost several races lately in the House and no one is talking about it. We shouldn't be losing any seats let alone seats in districts that Trump won handily, but we are.
