Well we have 3 equal branches of Government. Trump needs to tell these judges to go to *ell. President Trump has the actual law on his side. These judges need to be removed for abuse of power.

DACA was Illegal from the get go....

And then we have:

“but it must give a sound reason for doing so”

What law does the judge state to support such a statement.

The president has deferred to the court before on matters of national security (immigration bans) why would he step up now?

Yep, this sorry excuse for a judge makes his own law to support his leftist whims.

This is the same judge that stopped the hiring by FDNY to implement racial diversity about a decade ago, some of his ruling was overturned in the appeal.

“Well we have 3 equal branches of Government. Trump needs to tell these judges to go to *ell.”

They’re not ‘equal’ or ‘co-equal’. They each have enumerated powers given to them under the Constitution.

Whoever advised President Trump to appeal these unconstitutional edicts to the Supreme court should be tarred and feathered. It has just encouraged more of the same.

The left are in #stall, #resist & #sabotage mode. These leftist judges need to be brought to justice.
