Marijuana arrests intellectual development. You can tell the age when pot smoking started by the intellectual development of the adult. If an adult has the maturity of a 12-year-old, then they started smoking pot at the age of 12.

Canada is like many large blue states, there are many conservatives in the rural areas and a few of us in the cities, but we are totally outnumbered by increasing numbers of radical liberals in the cities.

Many in the big cities like him PRECISELY because he reflects their values. Plus the fact that he’s good looking does not hurt a bit on the “style” side.

Very bad idea. Young teens, particularly males, are notoriously stupid about many things and adding legalized, inhibition-lowering, horny-making marijuana into the mix is a recipe for disaster. Of course the left probably wants that, just another excuse to lower age of consent for their constituencies.
