KANSAS CITY, Mo. --After more 30 years in the United States Park University professor detained by ICE is set to be deported to his home country of Bangladesh, according to a Facebook page called Free Syed Ahmed Jamal.
"We just got word that the judge ruled against us and they have taken him out of El Paso and probably to the plane," the post said. "His legal counsel is trying to get the appeal filed before the plane takes off. Please pray for due process."
Syed Jamal, from Bangladesh, has been in the United States for more than 30 years. In January, Jamal was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents at his home in Lawrence. His wife and three children watched as immigration officials arrested him.
Carl Rusnok, ICE’s central region spokesperson, said due to security reasons, the agency doesn’t provide advance notification of its deportations schedules and therefore couldn’t confirm the date of deportation.
According to ICE, Jamal, a 55-year-old Park University professor has overstayed his visa twice and violated an order by a judge to leave the country.

Understand your point but I strongly disagree. We are a nation of laws. Deport all illegal aliens including the DACA invaders. Further, I believe a conspiracy case can be made against Anchor Babies brought here under "birth tourism" leading to denial of citizenship.

Restore the rule of law.

You can get them all to self deport if;
You severely punish businesses for hiring or paying wages to an illegal
You shut down educators/schools that accept students that are illegal
You deny any and all federal assistance to illegals
Have all the sanctuary cities you want, but if you do the above it’ll only take a few weeks for them to self deport. So, DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

DACA was never legal.

Obama said himself he couldn’t do it, repeatedly, before he did it anyway.
To phrase that better, sending him back to his country is the due process they are praying for.

I have raised my children. I struggled and educated them.
I am now retired and my taxes continually go up.
Why? Illegal aliens and other welfare programs.
I as so many others am fed up with paying the bills I can’t afford for illegal aliens and borrowing tons of money that my grandchildren will have to pay.
Rest assured, if you have DACA, you will never see another republican presidency. They will be given rights to vote. For sure.
As Cruz said 2 days ago, the left will crawl over broken glass to vote in November.
Think about that and think 10 years down the road with millions more democrat voters due to DACA. There will be no turning back. All they have to do is flip Texas and it is all over.
