People can only take so much of the social justice crap. They are injecting every bit of black power schtick into this movie like they did to Selma and that movie bombed.
And the white leftists who are egging this movie on? They are doing it purposefully so that regular folks will get pissed off, then they can point the finger and scream racism. But in reality, it accomplishes white leftists goals, because white leftists are the real racists.
It is coming off the Avengers, so it will probably make a lot of money.

Just thinking about going into a large building with a large number of black teenagers that are angry is enough to crush this movie. All it’s going to take is one death in the theater by a feral youth and pull the plug.
I’ll disagree with you. I think it will be a huge success. I won’t go see it for the same reasons you wouldn’t. However, I have lost all faith in things faliling on their merits. Beauty and the Beast remake was an atrocious movie that never should have made a dime. In a just world it should have been the vehicle to deliver the message that Movies like this are DOA.
Black Panther will probably be strong movie In the Marvel Universe and it will unfortunately greenlight more of the same : (

I agree. The liberal media have given Panther rave reviews but panned the 15:17 to Paris. I believe Eastwoods movie will be well attended and monetarily successful while black panther will be smelled out as bullshit and lose tons of money.
