I doubt Bernstein would inform the public about the tactics a prosecutor, with bias against President Trump, would use to trap him in statements to use against him. In fact, Bernstein would cheer if President Trump committed a process crime when the prosecutor succeeded in barring his lawyers from the questioning process. If it worked for Scooter Libby and Michal Flynn, trick Trump with the same tactic.
