A. G. Sessions is not doing his job and no one expects Rod Rosentein to do his since in light of him being outed as a Clinton crony. It will take a grand jury to appoint a special counsel to investigate everything Clinton but the request has to come from the DOJ. Trump needs to replace those two frauds before the clock runs out on these crimes. I surmise that running out the clock is the only way the Clintons can evade this one.
