Yes but for men like Weinstein, Nasser, and others: the “Law” was always on their side no matter how many women came forward...for decades...that’s why you see the backlash.
I agree the “MeToo” mob mentality is counter-productive and even dangerous, but let’s not pretend the rule of “law” in this hasn’t been a sham especially with regard to domestic and sexual abuse on the part of powerful men.
His comments today have been excellently written and are getting powerful points across in a professional and intelligent way worthy of a president.
I am proud of him.
