Awesome link! What am amazing lady, and truth-teller. Victims of sexual abuse are often victims of churches.

Many wear their scars much too visibly, and are often judged more harshly than the perpetrators who have spent a lifetime crafting the perfect persona. Most Christians are more comfortable around those masks than dealing with hurting people. Christ called us to vigilance against the wolves, and God’s judgement against them is black and white:

Better a millstone...

I would take a degree of issue with your characterization of “most Christians”.

I would say “some Christians”.

Herman Wouk described in his book “War and Remembrance” a human characteristic described as “The will not to see” and it is strong in many people, not just Christians.

On this particular subject, I know of what I speak, better than most. Just my two cents worth.
