The reasons for this are many, but the biggest is this one: he could not be imprisoned without a trial, and any trial for his crimes as President would be held in a courtroom in Washington, DC, and the jury would be comprised of 12 members of the population of Washington. All twelve jurors would have to vote unanimously for conviction.

I read Del Beccaro’s article that was originally posted on the Forbes site. It was very well written and persuasive. However, within a short time, it was removed from the Forbes site and moved to the “Political Vanguard” site which I had not heard of before and is much lower profile than Forbes. Is there a good explanation of why that happened? Did someone from the Deep State intimidate Steve Forbes into scrubbing it from his site? Very suspicious.
