I have absolutely no idea what the author used to create this article. But I can point you to a BLS Study that shows that only 72% of all employees have paid sick time, 74% have paid vacation, 76% have paid holidays, 70% have access to retirement programs or healthcare through their employers, and 59% have access to life insurance through their employers. Now, if you want to believe that suddenly changed in 2017 and every single employer suddenly started offering benefit then so be it. If I've learned one thing around here it's that some people will believe anything.
