I’ve heard that reasoning before....but what you listed is on the streets as well. They just bring it into the shelters also.
Additionally we’re back to the issue of addicts creating the bulk of the problems. So would be a good idea if people are presented with drugs they understand they’re taking their first step into the world of street living.
People have invested in their middle class homes and neighborhoods, too. That hasn't stopped the central planners from creating section 8 housing and bussing in bums to litter and steal in Regular Working Joe's formerly quite suburbia.
If I had the money I'd buy a mansions in Greenwich, The Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Potomac, East Shore Drive, etc., and turn them into homeless shelters.
Karma’s a batch, wealthy New York diBlowhard voters.
There’s no defense for these folks supporting this being done to middle class neighborhoods and then objecting when it comes to theirs.
I don’t object on what it will do to them. I object because it is also wrong. I object because I don’t like to see something of value destroyed.
It’s like saying, “Well, to get even with you, we’ll just turn that area into a slum.”
I don’t want another slum in my region. I doubt you want one in yours.
Something does need to wake these folks up. Perhaps this is what it will take.
I appreciate the reply.
Not in My Neighborhood.
Morons, they are going to get bigger money in your neighborhood to pay for that six dollar cup of coffee because you are going to pay their extortion when they start cleaning your windshield of your Mercedes or merely getting up close and personal on the street.
Remember when it was the progressive thing to do to turn these people out of mental institutions in the name of egalitarian memes.
