Can anyone confirm this?
Not that I am aware of, it is my understanding that the FBI could not prove the server was hacked, but believed it likely the server was hacked.

It may not be able to be proven that the emails were hacked, but people would have to be fools to believe that an open server wasn't be breached by sophisticated foes like Russia, China, and many others.

The server was so easy to hack that it could have been done without leaving a trace. Comey's testimony suggested that it likely happened.
It would be professional malpractice on the part of Russian, Chinese, Israeli and other national intelligence operatives if they did not hack this sitting-duck server many times, not to mention the proverbial Romanian basement-dwelling free lancers.
Davis has turned out to be just as dishonest as the rest of the Clinton asskissing fan club members. He should be disbarred as both an attorney and as a human being.
A big disappointment. He could have been the only Clintonite who had any integrity but he showed that none of them have any integrity.
