Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallström has cancelled her Turkey visit in two weeks due to the Turkish states attacks against Afrin.
The news was announced by the Swedish Stae Radio Ekot News Service with the title, The Government is taking a stand against Turkeys attacks in Syria.
Wallström was supposed to have a meeting with the Turkish Foreign Minister in Ankara in 14 days, and she was planning to meet with Erdoğan during her visit as well. The Swedish Foreign Ministrys visit has been postponed indefinitely.
Ekot said the visit was postponed due to Turkeys attacks in Syria. The visit was also mentioned in the parliamentary session where the attacks against Afrin were discussed.
Left Party MP Amineh Kakabaveh and Greens MP Jabar Amin said they think Wallström cancelling her visit to Turkey is a positive development.
Now the Swedish Foreign Minister has postponed indefinitely a visit because of Turkey's invasion of Efrin, Syria.
Then switch to a different brand of nasal spray. Steely Dan say FM is supposed to have no static at all.
Is every Member of the Swedish Government a Woman ? It would explain everything
No. But there are some beautiful Swedish women. My mom was one. She met my father in DC when he was on his way to Europe during WWII. They were married when he returned, they were married 66 years. She died 6 years ago. Dad is 92 now.
Cannot speak for the rest of Swedes, but ours was/is an Angel.
My Syrian friends do not spell it Afrin, they spell it Efrin.
I’d say that’s another vote against Turkey getting into the EU.
Do they have a single vote for? smile.
Yes, you are correct.
This will not end well for Turkey or Erdogan the Islamist. It shows signs of fatigue of all nations having to deal with Turkey.
“Then switch to a different brand of nasal spray.”
My doctor calls Afrin “Drano for the nose” but I don’t think he’s against it.
Here's a picture of the rough & tumble leaders of the construction unions.
Maybe this clears things up a bit.
