Drag evidence to DC sitting Grand Juries, get the witnesses under oath, no lawyers there to “coach” or claim 5th Amend. privileges, charge the guilty and have some public trials for all to see!

Sessions is recused on all matters related to Hillary. And Rosenstein can't do it because he's one of the people who needs to be prosecuted.
I would agree, but what Obama has done is a historic crime that must be categorized by an independent body. IRS, FBI, CIA, NSA. This goes back to doctoring intelligence reports to say that ISIS was the JV. Obama’s personal politics led to the deaths of thousands of innocents. These lies are hideous. We have a crisis situation. Let me ask you a question, do you trust FBI wiretaps now? Of course you don’t, now that you know they are politically motivated.
They protected Hillary, 4 separate servers, definitely penetrated by hostile foreign powers, yet she would not let the FBI examine them. Comey is such a fraud, he should have arrested her on the spot and seized the servers. How dare she refuse the FBI’s forensic examination after what she did! Comey is liar, and he did not protect the US, like he brags. Now we know that Obama’s emails went through those servers, so there is no telling who the Russians are blackmailing. IT’S A DISGRACE.
Full fledged investigation, Hillary, the spawn of Satan, at the center of the spokes, corrupting everything she touches. FBI text messages showed agents feared her retribution and therefore eased the investigation. We now know why Comey made it a joke, since they believed she would win and punish them for investigating her. Cowardice, and unprofessional. They were not defending America.
I think a Special Counsel is needed—in order to ensure that these criminal investigations proceed regardless of whether the Democrats win the House or not in the 2018 midterms.
If the Democrats win the House, they'll shut down everything. But they can't shut down a Special Counsel. as for DC, it's entirely controlled by Democrats. It'll never hold Democrats accountable for anything. The President will never get any Justice from that direction.
What say you? What is the scenario that will ensure that Justice is served even if the Democrats take the House?
