Last month, the NFL rejected an ad from AMVETS asking everyone to stand for the national anthem. They called the ad too "political" to run.
But the league approved another ad that was blatantly political. T-Mobile's ad made a plea for "fair and equal pay" - a fraught political issue that means many things to many people. Why they ran the T-Mobile ad and not the AMVETS ad is a question many are asking.
Washington Times:
The T-Mobile spot features narrator Kerry Washington telling a group of babies, Some people may see your differences and be threatened by them, but you are unstoppable.
Youll love who you want, youll demand fair and equal pay, you will not allow where you come from to dictate where youre going, she says.

I think that it is time to protest the NFL for not only not having 51% of their players as women, but having 0%. They also do not have enough Chinese or Koreans.
In order: Homosexuality - Feminism - Open Borders/Immigration
Just about the complete leftist bible, except abortion and globull warming.
Yeah, t-mobile hit a homerun(or is that homo-run) with this one huh. Never mentioned their phones or service in the ad at all. Total sjw capitulation to prove just how with it they are. I never intended to do any business with them. Now it’s a certain lock.
Do we all get equal pay with these NFL guys? Why are there no women players in the NFL?!!
“Why they ran the T-Mobile ad and not the AMVETS ad is a question many are asking.”
Anyone who really is befuddled by these actions by the nfl has not been paying attention.
I pay little or no attention to NFL,the games,or the players anyway,so I guess they can do whatever they want. If they want to cut their own throats,it’s up to them.
Doe T-Mobile execs get the same pay as the people working the phone lines and selling the product in malls? Do they get twice as much? three times? Four? We know it’s probably a hundred times, if not more.
Shhhhh. Stop pointing out the obvious. Besides, one of the babies might grow up to be a great quarter backette someday.
If you want to see someone having a Brain Aneurysm, then use the phrase “Equal Rights, not Special Rights”.
Again, they can’t comprehend that the “equal rights” are “special rights” for some folks and not others. “HUH?”
Many times, on message boards, I’ve heard, “Gays aren’t asking for special rights, just equal rights.” “Well, ok, then if I don’t want to bake a cake for a gay wedding I don’t have to?” “Yes you do - gays are a protected class!”
The question I ask every person who brings this bogus issue up to me is:
Have you ever worked for a company that had a different pay structure for men or women, and if during the same period of work a man was out for four months with a broken leg should he be eligible for the 100% of a performance based raise for that period?
In most companies, giving birth is treated like a short term disability. They don’t like that, but thats the way it is.
And no, if you are not here doing your job, you are not contributing to the success of the team. You shouldn’t lose your job, but your raise should be prorated based on the time you WERE there.
Every secretary working for the New England Patriots needs to go to Robert Kraft and demand they be paid the same as Tom Brady.
Also noted that they ran an ad for “Blacture”. A platform for black culture in America. Kinda goes against the “everybody is equal theme of the baby ad...
I sure do wish my paycheck was equal to even the lowest little player on the worst team.
