Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes appears on Fox News for an professional interruption session with Sean Hannity. Chairman Nunes was able to slip in a few points between Hannity shuffling his papers to tell the audience how much his sources know about the papers he is shuffling, and how those sources outline Chairman Nunes memo content.
After Hannity was able to locate his place amid his papers, he tells his audience what his sources said about Chairman Nunes memo, he then asked Nunes to confirm his sources were correct. Seemingly oblivious to the fact when he actually has Nunes in front of him he can ask direct questions, and not have to list what his sources say, and then frame questions about sources making claims of what Nunes said in his memo. Very weird interview technique.

But ........ in the long run, if it weren't for him WHO ELSE would be out there IN THE MEDIA telling the truth???
Agree on both remarks.
Not for Hannity.
I quit watching Hannity some time ago.
But, I agree, he is absolutely essential for getting the truth out.
I cannot listen to the guy for more than five minutes at a time. He gets guests I would like to hear then uses all the time to tell us what Hannity thinks about the subject or about something else altogether. And he is not terribly bright or well informed about subjects he seems to be passionate about.
Hannity is passionate and informative, but he’s never been an especially good tv personality. He talks too much and he runs off bullet point lists to make his points......and he always has too many bullet points. He goes with 8 points when 3 would make the same point. But, like I say, he’s passionate and I believ.... honest. That’s a lot more than most people in the media.
I hope Sean has support staff who love him enough to tell him that....if he’s not careful, he’ll morph into Alex Jones, King of the Interrupters.
Bret Baier is the same way, he interrupts his guests all the time before they have a chance to finish a sentence.
His best skill is monologue, which he often does very, very well.
Most important - without Hannity, most Conservatives would have no idea who Devin Nunes is!
The monologue is the highlight of the entire show.
The monologue is the highlight of the entire show.
Someone needs to tell him to stfu. The way he interrupts and talks over his guests is maddening.
Thats why I never watch him
Most of the other FOX personalities are just as bad
Get an interesting guest and talk over them
Never watch them either
Seriously does Hannity ever watch himself and get embarrassed?
What really gripes me is his reading of the points to the guest, asking for their comment and then interrupting, leaving them with a blank look on their face as he goes to another guest or reads another bullet point list.
IMHO the man is a closet narcissist.........and there is not enough room in this house for two of them, so, Hannity is CLICK!
Well... Hannity is hot on the trail of an enormous story that has so many angles to it that there is no one who wouldn’t have difficulty reining things in and keeping it on point. I didn’t find this interview difficult to listen to at all and I thought Nunes got everything out that he wanted to in the interview. Hannity needs to be cut some slack....,
Given the choice between hearing from the media people and sources, I prefer to hear the sources. Much as I detest him, I'd rather hear from Schiff directly, without him being prompted with misleading statements phrased as questions.
Limbaugh gave Nunes time to talk.
Some sources are not good communicators, and in those cases a good interviewer can help. Hannity is awful as an interviewer. The only difference between him and Wallace or stephanopolis or Chuck Todd or Chirs Cuomo or Jake Tapper is the direction of his bias.
love hannity
love tucker
laura’s a little late for me
the fox lineup is the best it’s ever been
lou dobbs is best of all
Agreed. He has Devin Nunes, one of the bravest congressman of recent history in front of him and Sean is reading, and interrupting, the very author of the memo.
He is up against Mad Cow Rachel in his time slot and struggling to stay ahead of arguably the biggest hater on cable news. His incessant self-promotion "you gotta stay tuned to this next segment" or "You gotta catch our show tomorrow" is annoying as a viewer so I simply don't watch him anymore. I would rather hear from the guys soing the work than Sean pontificating.
I propose a new drinking game.
Every time Hannity speaks the words “bought and paid for dossier”, it’s bottoms up.
Nunes is head of the committee but more like the publisher of the memo.
It appears that Trey Gowdy is more the author, or at least the chief architect.
