Police say a man being held in a suspected drunken driving crash that killed Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson has twice been deported from the U.S.
Indiana State Police said Monday that 37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala is a citizen of Guatemala and gave officers a fake name following the Sunday accident.
Investigators say he’s in U.S. illegally and was deported in 2007 and 2009. He remained in the Marion County Jail on Monday.

They ought to start deporting these murderers immediately upon catching them. Tough luck if their home countries don’t want them. Kick them out the door at the airport, and let the resident dictator take care of them. We’re sick of spending tax money on lawyers and jail for these wastes of oxygen.
We should not have to wait until illegal aliens harm or kill Americans before they are removed.

Someone who enters a foreign country illegally and kills one or more citizens of that country should be removed from local police custody immediately and treated as an invader.
No wonder Edwin Jackson’s name stopped trending on twitter after an hour..his death didn’t fit the narrative..a black man killed by an illegal alien DEPORTED TWICE, also on an ICE Detainer but isn’t Indianapolis a “Sanctuary City” just another adorable lil dreamer killing the Americans we refuse to kill

The Jackson family should be the ones to determine what, if any, punishment should be bestowed upon this piece of dirt.
Give the families of the victims carte blanche, and there will always be that uncertainty that may make the perps think twice before acting.
Hand him over to the families, and forget about it.

Most GOP Senators want to give him amnesty and make him a citizen.
