If it’s proven that Rosenstein threatened Devin Nunes for releasing the memo, Rosenstein should have been fired immediately. You don’t threaten your bosses. The out-of-control intel agencies have the mistaken notion that they are untouchable, but according to our Constitution, they are WRONG.
