Unless we use this sort of language (and much stronger) to prove that Obama and his people sought to overturn Article II Section I of the Constitution, the rat-media will bog the rhetoric down in the weeds such that the average person will roll his eyes and not see the coup plotter's existential threat to our country.
Keep it simple. Obama was the lead conspirator who abused his power to fix the election for Hillary. The people will understand this and become enraged.
If we allow the media to frame these crimes as politics, the felons will walk, and only encourage future high crimes against the republic.
The remains of our republic hang in the balance.

Well, no. The foundation of the Republic is the rule of LAW; though I see your point since everyone knows that to punish the treason of Barack Obama is politically impossible.
The media, namely CNN, should pay dearly for all the damage they have done spewing out countless hours slandering President Trump with their lies. A class action lawsuit by the American people could be done. CNN and the others involved, should have been able to uncover the trail of deception perpetrated by the Clinton campaign and the Obama Regime. Instead, they advanced more lies which were predicated on a foundation of lies. They earned the term “Fake News” and America paid dearly. Their reckless and negligent action caused riots, personal injury and property damage. It also created the need for expensive police action to protect life from the civil disorder. The cost to America, which the media created, must be compensated through legal action.
If there ever was an ambulance for the lawyers to chase, the disaster of the seditious coup attempt against President Trump is that train wreck.
Now here is his legacy, there is enough coming out this year to fill that empty presidential library in Chicago

So the Senate will be in recess the third week of November after the mid terms. Maybe it is time for a couple recess appointments, i.e.put Jeff Sessions out to pasture along with his best buddy Rosenpoop?
Tray Gowdy isn't running in November but I struggle to see him going back to "private practice"? He's turned down a Circuit Court seat as well as a Circuit Court of Appeals job. Wouldn't they mess themselves if he showed-up, goofy hair & all at a new position in DOJ? Somebody who knows a whole lot about what they have been up to, and now in a position to do something about it? 18 years as a Fed prosecutor and then a state solicitor might even get him confirmed one year after if the body count at DOJ was high enough.
