SEATTLE – A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Immigration and Naturalization Service from returning five immigrants to Somalia, after their lawyers argued that the INS can’t deport them to a country that effectively has no government.

The five men, who have been convicted of crimes or immigration violations, had been scheduled to be moved from Seattle to El Paso, Texas, on Thursday, before being deported to Somalia sometime later.....

Barack Hussein Obama’s Washington DC attorney Robert Bauer of the Perkins Coie law firm demanded the Justice Department investigate the group putting on television advertisements showing the strong links between Barack Obama and William Ayers. Trouble is that a lawyer who treatens criminal prosecution solely to gain an advantage in a civil matter violates Rule 8.4(g) of the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct: Rule 8.4—Misconduct....

President Obama may be using his political action committee funds to stomp out eligibility lawsuits brought by Americans, as he has paid more than $1.35 million to his top lawyer since the election.

Obama for America, Obama’s 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as “Obama 2.0” is still collecting financial contributions.

Federal Election Commission records for “Obama for America” show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,352,378.95 since the 2008 election.

One of the hot trends on the internet right now is Robert Bauer and his wife, director of White House communications Anita Dunn, henceforth, Anita Dumb.

After a little digging it was uncovered that Robert Bauer has quite the rap sheet, which makes him a perfect partner for the Maoist Anita Dumb.

Bauer is an attorney who served as general counsel for the president’s Brown Shirt operation Obama for America during the presidential campaign and also serves as Obama’s personal attorney.

Let’s take a look at Robert Bauer’s achievements during his tenure:

* Served as general counsel for Obama for America.

* Unsuccessfully lobbied the Justice Department last fall to pursue a criminal probe of the American Issues Project (AIP), an independent group that sought to run an ad highlighting the Barack Obama and terrorist Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground connection.

* Sought prosecution with the Department of Justice against Harold Simmons for funding the ad.

* Used thug and scare tactics on television stations throughout the U.S. to compel them to pull the advertisement of Obama and Ayers.

Needless to say, he’s the perfect match for his wife Anita Dumb.....

Kloppenburg’s campaign is working with Marc Elias, an attorney with Perkins Coie, a Washington D.C.-based firm with an office in downtown Madison. Elias is the same attorney who represented Democratic challenger Al Franken in his eight-month epic recount battle with incumbent Republican Norm Coleman. Franken eventually prevailed, winning his U.S. Senate seat by 312 votes......
