It could be mere coincidence that the first failed attempt to get a FISA warrant to wiretap came less than two weeks after Trump tied up the nomination (last primaries ended) in early June 2016.
That first attempt failed, but they “bolstered” it and obtained approval in October 2016 USING ADDITIONAL “EVIDENCE” OF COLLUSION WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MEDIA REPORTS BASED ON THE FAKE DOSSIER COMPILED BY STEELE/FUSION GPS!
Which makes it even MORE galling to hear the Leftists in government and Media trying to muddy the waters for the general public by saying the approval of the FISA warrant in October (and subsequent reapprovals) were based on MORE than just the Fusion GPS/Steele dossier...it WAS based on more, which were simply MEDIA REPORTS generated from the noise in the media created by the fake dossier!
As Dan Bongino points out, COMPLETELY CIRCULAR REASONING AND JUSTIFICATION!
The Leftists are scrambling and obfuscating so ferociously that if this weren’t such a serious constitutional issue, it would be hilarious!
And they are scrambling and obfuscating, throwing everything they can, trying to muddy the water, claiming “fake news”, etc. WITH THE FULL ASSISTANCE OF A COMPLIANT, SYMPATHETIC, AND HELPFUL MEDIA.
It is appalling.
