FOX News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett went on with Sean Hannity on Friday night after the release of the House Intelligence FISA memo.
Jarrett said his sources told him Rod Rosenstein threatened the House Intelligence Committee members three weeks ago.
..............................
Gregg Jarrett: I can tell you a congressional source tells me that Rod Rosenstein in a meeting three weeks ago threatened Chairman Nunes and members of Congress he was going to subpoena their texts and messages because he was tired of dealing with the intel committee. Thats threats and intimidation.

Isn’t Trey Gowdy returning to the prosecution field?
Keep Rottensteink where he is for now and let him twist in the wind.
I don’t believe this. I am skeptical of Rosenstein, and I think he is a prisoner of his bureaucracy.
But i think he is a by the book guy and it would be beyond foolish to do this.
It’s an empty threat anyway, he can’t just arbitrarily subpoena from members of Congress.
I think it is more likely that this is a deliberate false leak to uncover a leaker.
My head nearly exploded when I heard this.
The DOJ and the intelligence leadership are out of control. Time for a very major over haul
“Rudy G. has already said Sessions made the right decision in recusing himself.”
Yeah, he was dead wrong and so are you.

A little editorial license...
He should go back to what he’s good at then.
Spot on!
If the cabal members are executed for treason does that count as “finally convicted”?
—might need a room full of lawyers for that one.. :-)
Really? Isn't that what just happened under the guise of an illegally obtained warrant?
He currently lives in a prosecution field and is choosing to leave.
And to think Judge Moore could have been the Sessions replacement and would have been a big improvement over Sessions at that
seems that if a politicians mouth is moving they be lying.
2 years ago the wife and I did the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
11 distilleries in 2 weeks. Something to think about.
Rod Rosensteins wife is Lisa Barsmooian
THE attorney who represented the Clinton Foundation,
and Robert Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Obama, Bill Clinton,
and is Hillarys lawyer!!!
Nothing to see here, little People of America
except sedition ignored by the US Courts.
Americans are beyond FED UP with the lying of lawyers in
government, and the stupid courts that do nothing.
You do have to wonder whether, if true, this had any connection with Trey Gowdy’s retirement.
Lisa Barsoomian is the correct spelling.

Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly identified Lisa Barsoomian’s occupation. She is a lawyer at the National Institutes of Health.

Another sign of Rosensteins ability: He is one of only three U.S. attorneys out of 93 nationwide appointed by then-President George W. Bush who has been kept on by the Obama administration.
Colleagues say he keeps his politics out of the office. In 2007, Bush nominated Rosenstein to a federal appeals court. Marylands two Democratic senators blocked that move, portraying him as a carpetbagger and saying he should stay on as U.S. attorney...
In the mid-1990s, Rosenstein landed in the middle of one of the most high-profile cases in years. Kenneth W. Starr named him to the team of prosecutors handling the Whitewater investigation into Bill and Hillary Rodham Clintons Arkansas business dealings. In 1997, Rosenstein began working as an assistant U.S. attorney in the office he would later lead...
Rosenstein succeeded Republican Thomas M. DiBiagio, who was forced out by Justice Department officials after a stormy tenure during which he was accused of targeting Democrats in corruption probes for political reasons...

He was also key in making this memo. Nunes was not the one who reviewed the FISA information Trey was. Just watch the Bret Baer interview with Nunes.
Sessions seems to be the most ineffectual, weak, pusilaminous, weak-livered human ever selected for an AG.
I do not understand the reluctance to fire him except for the fact many attorneys might decide the ride to the top is too tough with too much scrutiny.
I am so disgusted.
