Louie Gohmert is a national treasure. He should be Speaker of the House.

Arrest and hold for contempt. And as material witnesses. NO Immunity for traitors. Only mercy for those that cooperate, Braveheart Style. MAGA!

sedition, treason, child rape, slavery,
lying to judges, IRS and FBI abuse,
used to be taken seriously.
No more.

Will it take 100 million Americans assembling
peacefully on Washington to move the pendulum
towards justice?

Former FBI Asst Director, James Kallstom, on Fox Biz, w/Elizabeth McDonald....here’s a recap of what he said....

...JK: It puts the whole system at risk. It’s just outrageous...and, the fact that the FBI has been blackened by a few of these sycophants have done....they couldn’t stand up to the political pressure of the 0bama admin. And, I think we only know 5% of what we’re gonna know in another few months.

Liz (Emac): Would you say, or think that James Comey should face federal charges?

JK: Well, I think he’s exposed to NUMEROUS federal charges....violation of the Federal Records Act, Perjury, clear perjury (?) up on the Congress, probably ...maybe even Obstruction of Justice....I think he has some exposure there, no question.

Here is the one thing everyone is missing. There is one person out there who is just as bad as Comey or McCabe and the others at the FBI and the DOJ. Maybe one of the worst people is not named. The judge. Everyone thinks the court spends its time in a safe house under the cone of silence. But thats not the case. The FISA court judges are normal people walking around in Washington.

This FISA court request came in October 2016. At that time we already knew the dossier was a joke. But we did not know where it came from. But in the past year it was re-upped 3 times. So that’s December and March and this last July of 2017. Certainly by this last July we knew who paid for the dossier. So the judge still allowed the FBI to listen in to Page’s calls even through this past September, knowing the dossier was false. And the judge knew it was false too. I wonder who put the judge in that position?

Up to the Judge? Where is a special counsel to investigate this?

A secret court set up to surveil terrorists in the wake of 9/11 was used instead to spy on a domestic American political campaign.

Not just any campaign. A presidential campaign. The presidential campaign by the candidate for the opposition party.

We need a prosecutor and a grand jury to bring charges for fraudulently obtaining a surveillance warrant, and to gather evidence consisting among other things of emails, texts, telephone calls, memoranda and other communications of Comey, McCabe, Yates, Rosenstein, and everyone connected to these crimes.

Is Jeff Sessions corrupt? Being blackmailed?

“Attorneys can be sanctioned by the bar association for misrepresentations”

Does anyone remember the article posted here last night about the American Bar Association? I believe they were crying that the memo could interfere with Muller’s investigation. Well we have a clue here that the Bar association is just part of the deep state. Because they have not done jack squat about any of this.

If the FISA court judge(s) don’t do this, we will know they were in on the
fix too.

Perjury on several counts, and that’s not the least of the crimes. Contempt is something that gets you a slap on the hand.

Cheer up!

The House FICA Memo is just the barest of beginnings.

This Democrat criminal activity will play out in complex detail and end in indictments and convictions--but the curtain won't come down on this political drama for at least two years.

Check the new Senate players entering the arena now that the Republican House has fired its opening salvo.

The Republican Senate opens fire with a brand new Memo..

The Republican Supreme Court lies waiting way, way down the road.

"Former Judge: Ohr, Comey Could Be Held In Contempt Of Court For Misrepresentations"

Not if the Court doesn't want to hold them in contempt. Congress needs to solve the problem, and that includes needed repeals. Let's see how much courage and honesty members of Congress have. :-(

[Not much, but we'll see how far Republicans will move to the right now to stay in office. Most likely, they'll only go as far as the Trump Administration and the people of the U.S.A. can push them. So start writing letters and push them. If they smart off to any of you (which has happened at times, when they get mad and reply with something other than the usual form letter), expose their reply to everyone.]

If what is stated in the memo is true, there is a repeated crime of perjury and obstruction of justice. That qualifies as a RICO crime. The Trump administration should immediately appoint a special prosecutor.

Nobody is going to hang for this. Nobody. There will not be a single arrest, let alone any consequences. The corruption is too deep.

Our nation is a goner.

Hang on.

I thought when applying the rationale necessary for a warrant, the officials sign an OATH saying the supporting material is true and factual. So if they signed an oath, and I believe they did...

That’s direct perjury.
