Jerry Spence answer is that the ten to fifteen percent of bad cops and prosecutors have to be publicly punished and jailed if necessary..and the good cops and prosecutors have to expose the bad..
He was both a prosecutor and defense attorney..
Some of the state Attorney Generals are basicly political crooks

Toon didn’t even have the backbone to take responsibility-it was all Janet Reno’s fault.

Gonna be tough to get juries to convict on their evidence too.

Watch Lou Dobbs interview with Chris Farrell (Judicial Watch - Director of Research and Investigation) last night. Chris is usually fairly laid back, but hes about as on fire as Ive seen him re: FBI. He said that what is going on at headquarters is also being done in the field offices and he can name one specifically - El Paso. He said hes personally reported them to the OIG for investigation due to abuses of wiretapping, mail cover, surveillance, etc. He also is adamant that what the FBI is doing over this memo is threatening the President. Lou interview of Farrell starts around 12:09

I think their days are numbered because after this no American in his right mind is ever going to talk to them again.
Gonna be tough to get juries to convict on their evidence too. I would certainly hope so, but sadly people have the attention span of a gnat. I find it to be interesting that in the middle of all this crap about the FBI that no one bothers to mention the crap that has come out about the FBI crime lab.

There have definitely worse, and more one-sided, incidents than the Waco battle.

I have to agree. Putting a hold on all current investigations for a year or so, is far less important than identifying and eliminating the rampant corruption in a federal agency, especially the FBI.

Robert Jay Mathews - Gordon Kaul - the Branch Davidians
Just 3 instances when an FBI led assault ended in a mysterious but fortuitous (for the FBI) fire.

I don’t see how you can miss that the article makes decades of erratic FBI behavior suddenly make sense.
