Your company is under no obligation to direct any part of their tax break to you or any other employee. The company earned that money; in reality they are just getting to keep more of what they earned. If you are in a cube you only know a tiny sliver of the big picture at that company so have no idea what they are doing with the money or why they may be doing that.

Are you personally getting a tax break? How do you feel about others telling you what to do with that extra money? Since you worked to earn that money; I would hope you would decide how to spend it.

You don’t sound very happy with the company you work for; I am wondering why you work there if it is so bad?

Pretty soon Pelosi will be openly advocating some form of punishment for any corporation that treats their employees well because this legitimizes Trump.
