All I mean is that the FBI/DOJ and other such agencies are part of the executive branch. This is a great article on it:

“Suddenly the agencies that were out to get him want Trump to protect them and maybe even keep them from going to jail.”

What purpose would this memo serve if all the names were redacted? Does this jerk think it would absolve the guilty from their crimes against this nation? Get rid of this clown, tout de suite.

Or maybe Congress is a sanctuary city now?

That is exactly how they behave, isn't it. As if the very writers of the law are entitled to a law-free safe space.

Redacting the names would be a “factual omission.” I thought the FBI/DoJ didn’t want factual omissions?

Wray was Assistant Attorney General from 2003 to 2005, working under Deputy Attorney General James Comey.

from Christopher Wray’s wikipedia:

“Government service

Wray joined the government in 1997 as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. In 2001, he moved to the Justice Department as Associate Deputy Attorney General and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General.[7]

On June 9, 2003, President George W. Bush nominated Wray to be the 33rd Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Criminal Division of the Justice Department. Wray was unanimously confirmed by the Senate on September 11, 2003.[8][9][10] Wray was Assistant Attorney General from 2003 to 2005, working under Deputy Attorney General James Comey. While heading the Criminal Division, Wray oversaw prominent fraud investigations, including Enron.[7][11] In March 2005, Wray announced that he would resign from his post.[12] His last day at the Justice Department was on May 17, 2005.[13][14]

The public has an absolute right to know who did what, in minute detail.
Those calling for names to be hidden are trying to save their own behinds from consequences they have earned.

>>> (FBI) Director Christopher Wray and DOJ wants all names redacted from Memo <<<

The logical question(s) would be WHO are they trying to protect?

If it is so earth shattering about that DEEP STATE ROT, the more reason for Americans themselves to make their own judgement.

So Wray has no problem with the Bureau, Comey, Mueller’s team, etc., leaking names and information to the press, nor with Clinton’s blatant violation of national security laws and regulations, but names must be redacted from an official congressional document that apparently makes the Bureay look bad.

Yeah, I get it. That sonofabitch has to go too. If Trump and the WH Counsel’s office agree to it, his support will shrivel up and blow away.

I highly doubt Nunes would have included names of innocent people like informants, whistleblowers, etc. The only names in there are probably guilty people like Comey, Lynch, Clapper, etc.

If true that Wray wants names (of the criminals) removed, then that's proof that he's compromised. But... need to wait to see if this report is true or not... lots of intentional misinformation is being pumped out right now and we don't know what to trust.

We shouldn’t be surprised. Republicans are the gang that couldn’t shoot straight.

Trump should have released it without any changes.

To: Vince Ferrer; All

Almost all members of the government are dirty.

The Deep State/Shadow Government is becoming stronger and more intimidating.

Trump should hold the Constitution up to them when they continue to abdicate the power of the Presidency

It’s so obvious this whole memo fiasco is being used to obstruct justice
