It makes me shake my head that the reporters continue to use “alleged” after a person confesses, is found guilty, and is sentenced to prison.

We'll probably never know, but this just doesn't sound right to me.

If I as a Dad read something like that, I would confront my daughter, not call the school.

If my daughter is an honor student, I would expect a higher grade of intelligence and objective / subjective thinking (processes) than what is being reported.

Perhaps I might even question whoever tagged my daughter with the label "honor student" in the first place and look into what the parameters are to BE one in that school.

Too many questions for me to just say, "Well, bye"
