I would expect that Flynn will request that his guilty plea be thrown out due to FBI and DOJ misconduct before the 90 days is over.

Mueller negotiating withholding the FISA memo. Trading justice. Nice huh?

Don’t forget that the corrupt DOJ/FBI leaked Flynn and Page’s identities to the media...$$$

I would expect that Flynn will request that his guilty plea be thrown out due to FBI and DOJ misconduct before the 90 days is over.

Flynn will not be the only one making that request.

Anyone in jail or fined due to any FBI/DOJ investigation going back to when Mueller was in Charge of the FBI down to the current deep state liars/thugs/crooks of the DOJ/FBI will be asking for a reversal.

As walls close in on FBI, the bureau lashes out at its antagonists!

BY SHARYL ATTKISSON, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 01/25/18 01:50 PM EST

There are two overarching issues.

First, there’s the alleged improper use of politically-funded opposition research to justify secret warrants to spy on U.S. citizens for political purposes.

Second, if corruption is ultimately identified at high levels in our intel agencies, it would necessitate a re-examination of every case and issue the officials touched over the past decade — or two — under administrations of both parties.

This is why I think the concerns transcend typical party politics.

It touches everybody. It’s potentially monumental.

This week, the FBI said it was unfair for the House Intelligence Committee not to provide its memo outlining alleged FBI abuses. The committee wrote the summary memo after reviewing classified government documents in the Trump-Russia probe.

Such motions are approved rarely, but if the rumors of the contents of certain memos, dossiers, etc. are true, then such a retraction of plea motion might well fly.

If such a motion is approved, it creates a huge problem, since any information already given by Flynn in hope of a lighter sentence becomes tainted, and Gmvt cannot use it in any way, unless they can demonstrate they already knew (not suspected but knew at a level of proof) it, or there is an overwhelming probability they would have discovered it through other means.

For the Gmvt prosecution team, depending on Flynn as a base of their case, this could be like marrying a woman you were sure was a chaste virgin, only to discover she was once a transexual crackhead hooker who entertained 17 Hell’s Angels in one 4 hour stretch!

Not a good day for the SC.

The petition will be rewritten about the Mueller sentencing dates.
