People seem to be forgetting that Pence is a member in good standing of our irredeemably corrupt and depraved political class, just like Cruz, Ryan, and the rest.

I’ve always suspected General Mike Flynn would be in Trumps cabinet in 2020

Exactly. That’s why they want Trump gone in favor of a GW Bush redux

BOTH parties requested the postponement.

Both parties did not ‘request‘ a postponement; both parties ‘agreed‘ to a postponement. The motive for the request is entirely divergent from, yet complimentary to, the motive to agree to the request.

According to a family member who is a prosecutor, there are three reasons for the delay:

1. The prosecution and/or defense doesn’t have their sh!t together and needs more time.

2. The defendant is cooperating with the prosecution, and therefore, more time is needed to evaluate the cooperation and to recommend a sentence based upon the cooperation.

3. The defendant is contemplating a withdrawal of the plea based upon new information.

Flynn need the Federales to pay him back the 1-2 million he spent on lawyers that has put him in dire financial straits.

And then the Fed needs to go after The Mule, to recoup OUR losses.

His crack RAT-team also needs to suffer a big clawback and shutdown. It wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit to see those political hacks experience a whole lotta anal-exam action of their own.

Come on Mr President....you know they deserve it.

I don’t see your conclusion when I look at this. Pence reported to Trump as he should, that Flynn was not completely candid with him. Then Trump, who then became responsible for handling things from that point, told the world that he had lost confidence in the trustworthiness of what Flynn tells the administration - because of this - therefore he lets Flynn go.

I have read a source that says Flynn told a deliberate lie to Peter Strzok when interviewed, in order to protect President Trump, because Flynn realized right away that this interview was a scheme to entrap both him and the President into appearing guilty of something terrible by Flynn having spoken to a high Russian official, when there was nothing wrong with the conversation (which had been eavesdropped on and recorded and evaluated by the FBI).

BUT, that further to protect the President Flynn did not confide in Pence what was going on with him and this interview which was of deep concern. But Flynn did this on purpose to keep the rogue FBI off of the President’s back for which Flynn made himself the Fall Guy by claiming sole responsibility for that phone call/conversation.

So he gave the right people an “out” to separate themselves from him and his case, and he “balled up” the FBI attempt to use him to nail Trump.

At some point I believe Trump had some kind of independent knowledge of the situation and was able to work around it, which is exactly what Flynn hoped for.

Pence was nothing more than a conduit of the obvious. He wasn’t scheming against the President, not for anyone, much less the Deep State or Establishment or Elite or Ted Cruz or Jeb Bush or whomever is ignorantly tagged as somehow involved.

If not more careful and not so speculative, one can go off the deep end and I’m cautioning everyone, please don’t, for your own sakes as well as the good guys and our country.

From the article, which I agree with. Yet I see on Twitter you still support Mueller, to this day. Why is a relevant question.

CTH:

It is my belief, based on mounting evidence, a specific cast of characters -within the Mueller “Russia Election Interference” probe- were placed there to protect the people behind the FBI’s 2016 counterintelligence operation against Trump.

I suspect the same FBI and DOJ “small group”, the team who worked diligently to ensure Hillary Clinton was never found culpable in the 2015/2016 email investigation, later worked on the 2016 Trump counterintelligence operation (FISA wiretapping surveillance etc).

That same “small group” within the FBI and DOJ were then given the task in 2017 of covering both prior operations: A) *Clear Hillary Clinton, and B) *Counterintel op on Trump.

Very well written post. I just didn’t like how Flynn got railroaded at the time. The corrupt state was out to get him, for whatever reason, and they did.

I did not refer to any specific action of Pence’s. I described what he is, and has been for decades.

Damages to General Flynn are sufficient. No need to offer to be sentenced for a non-crime concocted in political offices as part of a conspiracy against the Constitution and major presidential campaign.

Very serious stuff here. Not the time for adding on with trivial speculation. This is already a malicious prosecution and it will lead to General Flynn’s exoneration and rightfully so.

“both parties requested...”

CTH makes the distinction that both parties merely accepted the postponent, and that it is not true that both “Requested it.” And logically it would not be Flynn who initiated this.

Read the article first.
