Why hasn’t “the worker” been identified yet?
I would think they would hire watch standers with a proven track record of maintaining their cool during a heightened stresses during watch evolutions or events. Certainly there are many prior military watched standers who know the drill who know how to act under pressure and would make sound decisions.
I have to question the status of this employee in regards to hiring practices that are perhaps mandated to meet certain particular HRM equations or census.
