DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients were arrested in two separate incidents of human smuggling operations in California over the course of two days last week. The first, a 22-year-old Mexican DACA recipient of Riverside County, was questioned on January 25 after the arrest of two illegal aliens. The man allegedly admitted to border patrol agents that he was on scouting duty as part of a human smuggling crew. The DACA beneficiary allegedly had been monitoring border patrol activities and relaying them to other members of the crew to facilitate their human smuggling activities.
This was not, apparently, the man’s first alleged participation in human smuggling, as he had allegedly participated in multiple alien smuggling operations. As of Tuesday, he was in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security for removal proceedings, having violated the terms of his DACA status.
A second suspect, a 25-year-old U.S. citizen, was later also arrested in connection with the alleged smuggling scheme.

My question is - what was required as proof that what these “kids” put on their DACA app was the truth? What was the proof they came over when and at what age they say they did? So how many DACA “kids” are DACA based on lies?

That’s been a huge problem all along, they show up as WOPs (yes, I know, that is used on dagos but it stands for WithOut Papers) and then their identity is only ever what they say it is.
When the Leftist politicians bring their DACA attendees into the State of the Union tonight, they need to be handcuffed and frogmarched out…along with the politicians who brought them.
I know a lot of dreamers. Many are good and some are real bad hombres. But good or bad, they all need to git outta here first.

I don’t know about first, there are a lot of others that need to go (Somali Minnesota cop comes to mind). It looks like there is going to be some kind of amnesty. I would apply President Trump’s strict standards of what can you do for the USA to DACA dudes rather than a set number of DACAers.
Agreed! For part of their DACA filing, I would assume they would have to provide some information as in -
1) The date of entry into the U.S.
2) Proof of Age
3) Details of the entry, eg. who they were with, and other witnesses to their entry.
The criteria should include that falsification of their age or date of entry to appear to qualify for DACA status would be grounds for dismissal.
Most of these folks do not want to file, thus they will remain undocumented.
They were dreaming alright.
Dreaming of how nice it was for Obama to give them a free pass.
I’d be a lot happier if, when they legalize these people, they leave some fine print that allows them to be deported without a lot of heartburn if they commit a felony after they are legalized.
Talk of amnesty only encourages more to flood the border.
Doing work that Americans won’t do.
